 Please join us on Thursday, April 24th, for a special collaboration with Ntsiki Biyela, the owner of Aslina Wines and the first black female winemaker in South Africa. Ntsiki’s winemaking philosophy draws from family history as well as experiences of harvesting in Tuscany and Bordeaux, where she discovered a close affinity with nature that rekindled her own deep connection with the soil growing up in KwaZulu-Natal.

Chef Polo Dobkin will be creating a unique 4-course menu inspired by the wines with which they will be paired. Chef and Ntsiki will be at the dinner together to speak with you about the food and wines created and curated for this special event.
